Answer phone calls, emails and take messages Schedule meetings and manage calendars Confirm appointments Call customers with schedule updates and changes Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings Help with daily time management Run errands as requested Draft correspondence emails, letters, contracts and change orders Make bank deposits Collect and file quotes for estimates Order parish permits, roof reports and 811 dig requests Keep inventory on office supplies, work shirts & drink machine (fill as needed) Enter data in QB (customer info, estimates, credit card receipts, and payments) Maintain spreadsheets Employer Expectations:
Be dependable, trustworthy, and consistent.
Show up on time each day ready to work.
Handle tasks expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
Communicate professionally in writing and over the phone.
Coordinate activities and resources for projects that impact multiple vendors, suppliers and customers.
Prioritize regularly conflicting needs and schedules and work well with deadline pressures.
Be respectful and courteous to customers and fellow employees.
