We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team.
Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the activities and the processes of the inspection team Monitor and assist with Quality Management System (QMS) and policies and procedures Collaborate with cross functional teams, engineers, supervisor/managers to develop, implement, and maintain quality controls and improvements Assist, track, and report non-conformance findings to appropriate departments Develop and implement methods and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluating the precision accuracy of products and CMM equipment Support Calibration and gauge recall program Perform and lead root cause and corrective action analysis on non-conformances Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records, performance management, and productivity Train employees on quality specifications and requirements Other duties as assigned, requested, or needed
Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector Familiarity with IS09001 and AS9100 industry standards Job Type:
